PROTOCOL FOR COVID-19
- IF YOU HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO COVID-19, AROUND ANYONE EXPOSED TO COVID-19 OR HAVE ANY SYMPTOMS, PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
- YOU MUST COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH A MASK & IT MUST BE WORN THROUGHOUT YOUR APPOINTMENT UNLESS YOU ARE GETTING A FACIAL.
MUST BE ATLEAST 18+ TO BE SERVICED (NO EXCEPTIONS) 17 AND YOUNGER MUST HAVE A PARENT CONSENT! (A WRITTEN LETTER WITH YOUR PARENT SIGNATURE AND PHONE NUMBER).
NO GUESTS, KIDS, OR PETS ALLOWED.

DEPOSITS
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
YOUR APPOINTMENT REQUIRES A DEPOSIT OF $30 TO SECURE AN APPOINTMENT. IF YOUR DEPOSIT IS NOT SENT THE SAME DAY OF BOOKING APPOINTMENT, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED.

LATENESS
THERE IS A GRACE PERIOD OF 10 MINUTES. IF YOU ARE NOT IN THE SPA ROOM BY THE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A LATE FEE OF $15.
AFTER 15 MINUTES YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED.
CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULING
YOU CAN RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT ONCE WITH YOUR ORIGINAL DEPOSIT, ONLY IF DONE 24-48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
I UNDERSTAND THINGS HAPPEN & CAN BE BEYOND OUR CONTROL BUT PLEASE UNDERSTAND IT IS AN INCONVENIENCE.
SAME DAY CANCELLATION OR IF YOU ARE CANCELLED BECAUSE YOU ARE LATE WILL RESULT IN BEING CHARGED 50% OF THE SERVICE YOU ARE SCHEDULED FOR.

REFUNDS
I DO NOT ISSUE ANY REFUNDS. YOU MAY RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT IF CANCELLATION IS DONE 24-48 HOURS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT.
HEALTH CONDITIONS
PLEASE ADVISE ME OF ANY HEALTH CONDITIONS, ALLERGIES, OR INJURIES THAT COULD AFFECT YOUR SERVICE WHEN MAKING AN APPOINTMENT.
WAXING
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU ARE FRESHLY SHAVED. YOUR HAIR GROWTH MUST BE AT LEAST 4-6 WEEKS OR LENGTH OF A RICE GRAIN.
EXFOLIATING IS A MUST, ESPECIALLY THE NIGHT BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. THIS WILL HELP PREP THE SKIN FOR THE WAX.
SHAVING IN BETWEEN VISITS IS NOT RECOMMENDED AND MAY CAUSE INGROWN HAIRS/BREAKOUTS.
DISCLAIMER: If you are on or using any dermatologist prescribed acne medication like accutane or retin-a you won’t be able to get waxed until you’ve been off of those medications for a minimum of 2-3 weeks.
Helpful Tip: Take an Ibuprofen or Pain Killer of choice before wax appointment if you’re nervous about the pain. You can also use numbing creams or sprays atleast 30 minutes before your appointment.
IMPORTANT: Skip any lotions, moisturizers, creams, oils, deodorant etc on the day of your wax in the area you are waxing.
FACIALS
CLIENT INTAKE FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT AND SUBMITTED BEFORE APPOINTMENT.
DRESS IN LOOSE CLOTHING preferred.
JEWELRY COMES OFF BEFORE FACIAL (necklace, earrings, facial piercings)
NO PHONES ALLOWED DURING FACIALS OR LASH LIFTS
